Program Assistant
Job Purpose
We are seeking a talented Program Assistant who can take charge of a range of needs, including government contract R&D support, administrative functions, and production and quality assistance. We welcome professionals looking for a position with variety, responsibility, and growth potential.
Essential Functions
•Contract R&D: Support program/project managers with administrative tasks including report organization, deliverable and schedule tracking, and general project management support.
•Administrative: Support executives with reports, agreements, quality database maintenance, and other special projects as needed.
•Manufacturing/Quality/Purchasing: Support Manufacturing and Quality with purchasing, build-instruction writing, and Quality document writing and organization.
•Office Assistance: Assist in general office needs including limited general clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, phones and filing.
Preferences
•Two or more years of office management or special projects experience.
•Experience with government-funded research and development is preferred.
•Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred.
•Good writing skills required.
•Microsoft Office software skills required. PowerPoint and graphics skills desired.
•Bookkeeping and Accounting Software experience preferred.
•Comfortable working with team members at all levels.
•Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
•Interest in technology development.
